3ROADSJUNCTION FREE T-SHIRT GIVEAWAY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: The 3roadsjunction Free T-Shirt Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of 3roadsjunction are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway ends on 30/04/24 at 11:59 PM AEST.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, all participants must:​

• Subscribe to the 3roadsjunction website by visiting https://www.3roadsjunction.com/giveaway and providing your name and valid email address.

Each participant will receive one entry for completing the above steps.

4. Prize: The prize consists of three (3) 3roadsjunction branded t-shirts, with one (1) t-shirt for each winner (the "Prize"). The design, size, and color of the t-shirts will be determined by each winner. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection: Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw will take place within 1 day after the Giveaway Period ends. The winners will be notified via email/social media direct message within 1 day after the draw.

6. Winner Announcement: The winners' first names and last initials, along with their city and state of residence, may be announced on 3roadsjunction's official social media platforms and website.

7. Claiming the Prize: Each winner must respond to the notification within 5 days of being contacted and provide their full name, shipping address, and t-shirt size. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.

8. Delivery of Prize: The Prize will be shipped to the winners' provided addresses within 1-2 days of receiving the winners' information. 3roadsjunction is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping.

9. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and may also be used for other promotions run by 3roadsjunction. Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties and will be subject to 3roadsjunction's privacy policy.

10. General Conditions: 3roadsjunction reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of 3roadsjunction, which are final and binding.

11. Limitation of Liability: 3roadsjunction and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or use of the Prize.

12. Governing Law: The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
